To late now , but , the exteriors of the old buildings could have fronted the new Interior box buildings, no artistic builders left in this world , just rip it down ., what's next the pier or the groin ? Don't you just love those cement things round the groin in the name of modern sculptor . At least the promanade looks not to bad .,
