Hi just checking all your providers in your are postcode NE31 1UX (see attached screen shots) the area does not seem to have any problems with 3G ,4G, ONLY 5G is the problem , you can change the setting on your phone to only use the lower settings for better performance, but you need to go into setting or the shop can do it. It may be your phone, Samsung from Tesco are very good , but that depends on your budget , Vodaphone do good PAYG deals to , hope this helps
