The sad reality has little to do with immigration but is more founded on misguided political ideology, repeated top-down management reforms, lack of investment in training and extremely inadequate forward planning.
This is to be expected from current and more recent governments whose major accomplishments appear to be self-aggrandisement, obfuscation of the truth and running the country into the ground.
