Our the last few years We have found that various friends and relations have incorrectly made wills without having them witnessed or otherwise invalidated the will.

Fortunately all had made wills so their intentions are known but that may not be sufficient in legal terms.o

Just watched a few programs called Heir Hunters which is all about people how have not made wills or the beneficiaries have died or cannot be found. Loads of other problems can occur.

If there is no will possibly big problems which can take years to resolve. Even for small amounts of money or property.


You should also review your will as things may have changed over the years like others passed on etc.

Best to have your will drawn up by a Solicitor who should retain the original. Ensure that your family know where your will is kept.

Do it now before you get too old and you still have your marbles.
