Reading various comments in the newspapers as to why?

First sh has a LOT of top hamper so prone to the wind.

In dock she should have had adequate blocking and propping or shoring.


The wind could I suppose have caused the blocking and shoring to become loose due to vibration.

Has she been in dock too long and the blocking and shoring timber dried out therefore shrinking.

I assume that she would not have onboard her normal amount of water ballast
