A friend visited today and asked if we had seen Audlett Drive recently. In 1978, we moved to a new build. The back of our house looked onto Audlett Drive and a farm and Radley College in the village of Radley. The college had sold the land the houses will were build on. Going up to the main road they planted lots of trees. Through the years the trees have grown and were beautiful. When we sold the house in 1984, the couple bought it because the loved the view to the farm. My friend showed me photos of the trees all chopped down and the fields, part of the farm being prepared for houses. Abingdon is being concreted over and villages are being joined for all these houses.
