Mr Grumpy, right on the mark, if there were none or little of the above folks would not miss many meals at home. Home cooking and purchases at grocery stores would be more selective. Probably a little more family interaction as a result of meal times. Need to park the car more and do a little more walking. But there was and is good in the old and new life styles as to who is better off ,we can judge but it is what it is for the younger generation.
