A lot of the car washes are ran by Eastern Europeans and the customs people are getting very hot on them nowadays. A number were done under the slavery act a year or two back as the people working were taken there to work and back afterwards and locked into their accommodation, eventually the perpetrators were caught and are now guests of His Majesty's prison service.
