I read a story the other day that younger people are now ‘fighting’ with the older generation to buy bungalows this means that the older generation can’t downsize as quickly as they might like to.

Sheila, I remember the last time we drove through Oxfordshire we were amazed at the amount of new development going on, we are currently up in Northumberland, just driving round up in the north it seems as though new estates are being built all over the place, haven’t seen new doctors surgeries and the like being built at the same time!!!
