When I was a school governor just before tge end of the summer term we had a Romanian family applied to place 4 children in the school for the September restart, no children turned up and the parents initially said they were unwell, then more excuses, we contacted social services and no children at the house, they were claiming benefits and family allowance for 6 children not 4 non existant children. They were interviewed by police and then they disappeared overnight.
You have to wonder how many times they did it, they just keep moving around the country.
