Liz, I can’t believe what is happening in our town and the surrounding villages. Who will buy all these houses. All the countryside is lost for ever. Concrete everywhere. A village near us has lost their surgery and are waiting to see what happens. It’s very worrying as my friend was telling me her surgery is taken over by an American company. Going just like a lot of Vets and the Americans sre only interested in making money. Prescriptions are being replaced with cheaper drugs that are not as good, although supposed to be the same. I had a problem with my inhaler, but my lovely Doctor let me have my original. This is the Government not trying to save money, not the GPs. The receptionist told me the Goverment tells the Doctors to use different drugs.
