Tall Ships in 1986

A 1986 view of the Tyne Bridge, the Swing Bridge & the 'Hifg Level Bridge' when the 'Tall Ship's festival was taking place.
The redundant Car Ferry tied up on the left at Gateshead side was used as a Night Club called 'Tuxedo Princess'.It moved to the Clyde two years later.
