good point Mac. yes I yearn for the old Hebburn. However what I miss most is the Geordie accent, the warmth & kindness....would I have ever moved back? well no, as we did well in York, a lovely old City with plenty of opportunities. The York people at that time were not exactly welcoming as we spoke differently,but I soon had to learn how to adapt as I went to Grammar School soon after we moved here, , and believe me that is another story!
