The lady on the right in lighter dress.
I have a photo of my mother wearing one almost exactly like that and I’m on it age about say 4 ish so about 1946 ish.
So photo just post WW11.
However it could be a dress still used from pre war days.
The two car seem to be late 30’s early 40’s
