Got to agree with both of the previous gentlemens' comments:
The ladies skirt/coats are calf-length (1940's?) early 1900's would have been ankle length?
And the cars? Wheels with hub caps? Early 1900's, cars had only just appeared, usually with wooden spoked wheels.... But I'm no expert in either area!!
