I'm helping a lady in Massachusetts, USA, who's ancestors were from Hebburn. Her great grandfather was Daniel Sharpe who had a shop in long gone Hedley St. I sent her a photo of the shop along with more pics of the Sharpe family.
This photo she sent me is of Daniels' son, (her Grandfather) Matthew Toner Sharpe with his Hebburn born wife Sarah. He was given the middle name Toner out of respect for their St Aloysius Priest Dr Matthew Toner. His wifes names of Tallack & Gillon are names we've heard in Hebburn so can anyone add anything?
