The Police Officer who kicked a man in the head and then stamped on his head all of this happened after the man had been Tasered and was lying on the ground, Manchester Police 1st of all decided to take him off operational duties, now they have suspended him.If that had taken place by an Employee in any industry He would have been arrested,locked up and charged with GBH his Employer would have dismissed him for gross misconduct.That Police Officer should be out of a job and locked up awaiting trial,not suspended on full pay
