Magnesium helps,morning and night, but I am having some vascular incompetency in legs treated this week(like varicose veins but mine are on the inside) and the Doctor asked if I suffered from that. He said it was a symptom. Might be worth getting checked out if you can. I agree, it keeps you awake. If I put my legs over on the cold sheets it seems to help as well.
