I dont get restless legs much, but if I do, 2 paracetomols work & also sticking my legs out of the heat works.
Recently I was thinking about your relative Ray Hall who lived next door to my pal Lawrence Morton in Windermere Cres. He was not much older than us but a keen gardener.
