This morning, I watched how the incident unfolded. It looks like a couple of officers were trying to apprehend an individual stood by what looks like a vending machine...with other officers looking on.
One individual (who subsequently got kicked) assaulted the police officers (one of whom was trying to Taser the original "suspect")
He then turned and swung at the female officer, flooring her (possibly the one with a broken nose)
He then turned back to the officer deploying his Taser, grabbing him from behind, and pulling him over.
It looks like the officer, going over backwards, landed on this guy, who seemed to have the wind knocked out of him...
I then saw the foot of another officer, kick this guy....
The frenzied attack, on officers carrying out their duty, was disgraceful, not to mention violent.
I have to say, if I was the victim of such an attack, I would have done exactly the same, to make sure this guy stayed down, having violently assaulted at least two, possibly three officers.

Just my opinion, but having seen that early footage from CCTV, it shows the officers in a completely different light, as opposed to the earlier report that he was already subdued & hand-cuffed: that was NOT what I observed.
