Mac, I have found the letter, it has details of John King’s nephew who is a self taught artist and sculpture who did the illustrations for the book, John’s nephew was the distributor, he is a free lance, John never sold his books but asked for donations to his nephew, if you contact Norman he has my email address, email me and I will let you have the nephew’s details.
