This person was named in an article in the Express, it has since been taken down, the article stated that he is the son of immigrants from Rwanda, for the first 10 years of his life the family lived in Bristol before moving to Southport, the article also stated that this person was a loner.

If this had happened in say America then on the arrival of the a police they would probably have shot him. Unfortunately in lots of parts of the UK tensions are mounting and grievances are being aired against migrants it just takes something like this to happen then all hell breaks loose, I am sure this is just the tip of the ice berg more rioting across the UK will happen and very soon.
