It was ,they were teens, they turned up on a service bus from Westerhope/ West Denton area wrecked the shop and fled, Local community have rallied around and local trades have offered help, but these are the scumbags that attach themselves to the troubles and while police services are stretched dealing with the trouble this lot think they'll get away with it. Courts don't do anything a good hiding is what they need.
