are you sure that they are Air Cadets?
The uniforms look more like regular Air Force, belts were not normal ATC issue and ( K ) looks to have RAF shoulder flashes.
At a guess I would think the group belongs to a recent new entry to the RAF, the state of the berets could also support this view.
