Well Brian from your position on the NHOC can you consider and make the point that even good landlords can get caught with dodgy tenants and a blanket no eviction policy will probably favour the bad tenants and disadvantage the good landlords.
My daughter was once victim of a bad landlord in London but I argue that they are in the minority and changed rules will not change the attitude of those who tend to operate outside the mores of decent British society.
