One lad went away on holiday for two weeks and when he got back all the metalwork had been stripped out b the other lad.
Radiators, copper piping and the boiler itself.
Cost a lot of money to get it back ready to rent.
They used to do short term rent and two to 4 day let’s but the stuff that walked! Towels, crockery, kettles, pans, etc.. They got the money back because of payment by card but costly just having to go to get replacement stuff.
I think they are selling up a few on Tyneside because of Tennent problems.
They will probably use say the money from 2 or 3 to buy closer to home.
