I let out my house in South Yorkshire (a small 2-bed mid terrace cottage) in a quiet village to the Head of Public Relations at Rotherham County Council..

This was whilst I was serving abroad, and wanted to keep the house "in use"..

On my return, after 2 years, the house was totally trashed & dirty with dog mess....everywhere!!!

Had to take her to the small claims court, to get some monies recovered...

Not all of it, and had to use all of my annual leave to strip the house out completely, carpets, curtains, soft furnishings......

NIGHTMARE......never again.
