Allan, again we're in another parallel universe.
Our 1950's survival kit was a bit more basic.
A couple of jam sandwiches and an old lemonade bottle filled with tap-water.
By eleven o'clock the sandwiches were eaten and the bottle was half empty, the water was warm and a dirty grey colour, with bits of half eaten bread floating in it.
The bottle came back home with you though.
There was 3d deposit on it.
Hands up all those who remember this.
