We took our 2 grand children for fish'n'chips at North Shields Fish Quay yesterday. Whilst there we took a look at our beautiful Harbour so here are a few pics I took with my Samsung Mobile phone. Hope it doesnt make you expats homesick

Pic 2 shows the Lord Collingwood memorial at Tynemouth, completed 1845. He was a 'Newcastle man' (a Geordie) and was the famous Lord Nelson's second in command at the battle of Trafalgar.
Pic 3 shows 'The Groyne' lighthouse all wrapped up whilst work is being carried out on its damage.
