There were diagrams etc. so they must of thought there could be a problem.
Just looked at those locations it was neither of them.
This was a headland or cliff that faced more of less across to Scotland. If it collapsed depending on the amount of “rock” it would fall into from memory very deep water. This would result in a massive tidal wave.
It would hit Scotlands East coast but also spread down to the south.
I know my memory is not what it used to be but for it to stick in my mind for this length of time !
It should not affect me up in the hills of Yorkshire.
