You can buy a spray that will help with wax.

Your ear molds. I have had similar problems but it’s ME not putting them in the correct place.

If you shove them in too far you get problems and the sound from them is blocked or sent in the wrong direction.

Mine have the part that goes into the ear channel and a loop. High up that goes into part of the upper ear. That bit has to in the right place or the ear bit is in the wrong place.

I get told off every time I go to Audiology dept.
