World travel is the way it's spread, the Swedish case recently mentioned was a Swede who'd been working in Africa, travelling home by plane, air quality on planes isn't great and recycled. Theoretically the whole plane could have
been infected. They are now suggesting a vaccine but monkey pox has been bouncing about for a good few years, why wait till now to push the vaccine. A horse and astable door comes to mind.
