You would need a decompression chamber at that depth and put say one person in it and lift the chamber to the surface and transfer them into a bigger chamber. Then it would take many days to bring them back to surface pressure.
I doubt that there are any deco tables that cover that!
It’s one thing to put a rescue chamber onto a submarine and get the men out, that has been done in the past.
What happens to the body if there has been no proper decompression carried out, you don’t want to know.
The design of the vessel was stupid I think having a mast of that height. The design of the whole thing just as stupid with the amount of open space inside. How do you make the thing watertight!
