The question could end up who did what and when or even not do.

It seems that there was very freak weather, some form of downdraught or deluge has been mentioned.

I have a feeling that what happened may never be known just a list of possibilities.

Was it possible that the deluge was so heavy that an upper deck hatch to the flying bridge was open and got down below the main deck and caused instability.

This downdraught thing I have never heard of before, it may have been observed before but no person has been in one or survived one.

We shall see.
