Theremin the who and the what. Firstly the who, that would be a Russian physicist by the name of Leo Theremin and in 1930 was accredited with discovering naturs Electromagnetic force. The what is his instrument for making music that you played without TOUCHING IT. It consisted of a box containing a powered amplifier and speaker, at one end he wired in a vertical metal rod that could produce a variable Tone and at the other end he wired in a horizontal rod that would vary the volume of the tone and so he made music. But to what end?.
