On a serious note, I do think that if anyone travels to Turkey or any other country for cosmetic surgery I feel feel the Insurance should be a must and under no circumstances should the NHS be expected to pick up the cost if any of the procedures go wrong, rectifying should be at the expense of the person seeking surgery - just my opinion.
