Love Vera, spend ages trying to work out where the settings are, it is only recently that I read lots of series were shot up in Glanton which is an area I don’t know that well.

It is a shame that Vera is coming to an end, I just wonder if there will be a spin off, sometimes they work sometimes they don’t.

Like you say Colin the Vera series was no swearing, no sex just good old fashioned stuff, but for people from the North East there is the added bonus of seeing the beautiful Northumbrian landscape, you just can’t beat it.
