In 1997 a young lady was raped & murdered in Stamfordham village close to Newcastle. He stabbed her 60 times and carved a swastica on her body. He has applied for release 5 times since and will finally be free thanks to the Parole Board.
That poor girls mother has fought to keep him locked up and is shocked he has won & is getting released. Absolutely disgraceful decision & it should be overturned. He is not classed as a sex offender because that charge was set aside for some strange reason.
