Obviously someone hadn’t read the recommendations in this Case Brian it is very worrying.
I still believe sending Foreign Nationals, currently serving prison sentences in the UK, should be sent back to their home countries that would, I believe free up at least 10,000 beds, but hey what do I know!!!
