Had the removal of the payment been in the Election Manifesto they would never have got into number 10 and they know that, thats why they waited to make the announcement.
We can all have our day when the Local Elections come around and hopefully the people who voted for them and give them a pass into number 10 will think again and not repeat the same stupid mistake
