Today 42 pitches vacated and 39 expected to come in after 13.00.
What we have noticed is the amount of single ladies in small camper vans on site plus pairs of ladies in larger Camper vans.
Yesterday I counted the number of these ladies that I could see from our caravan as I go around filling the water tank and clearing the waste tank.
There were 9 or 10 ladies within say 200 yards radius of us.
As site tend to flux with campers 3 left this morning to be replace with at least 2 near us.
There seem to be an awful lot more single ladies than a few years ago, I wonder why.
More are a lot more independent that years ago, more divorced, may be widows at a younger age.
Is it the males are now just not up to scratch, or XYZ and the females no longer are prepared to put up with the antics of males.
One lady ( about 40 ish)that I spoke to at the watering point was going up to to top of Scotland to do the 500 mile’r in a Mercedes Sprinter conversation. I was interested in the conversion that had been done to the van, exellent custom job.
Big 50litre water tank and 3 additional batteries charged by solar power.
All power to these ladies!
You find on campsite these days lots of dog owners usually one, two of maybe three dogs but yesterday a couple arrived with 7 yes 7 dogs. Small cocker spaniels I think well 4 were small but 3 full size. They build up a compound for them and have two cages for transporting them in a pickup.
They appear to sleep in the caravan with the couple YUK.
All week the sea has been very calm, nice to see.
