Aren't GP's paid their salary because of the number of patients on their books?
For most of my life I rarely needed to see a GP, but the GP was still being paid for me cos I was on his books.
If they were made to operate like a business does they'd want to see Patients because we are now customers and if a business doent get customers, they go bust.
