As we are now both into our80’s it’s far far more difficult to stay healthy. A lot down to the COVID and the lockdowns.
As far as we are aware we never had COVID but it we get a touch of it? Lockdown certainly reduced our physical fitness which will be impossible to get back give our age, we can but try.
Now that winter is close you need to take stock of your own health. Some of us oldies are going to suffer because of CUTS!
Not us but what else is the present government going to cook up?
