The hardest thing for me is keeping up my stamina and fitness levels I mainly maintain my fitness by working the allotment but I have been feeling aches after a few hours up there. We stop at regular intervals for a cuppa etc. The poor weather this year has meant we've spent less time on the site and that may have something to do with it.I'll be decorating before Christmas so that should keep my fitness levels up hopefully.
