Sheila it's a scandal you should have to do that, Thames is borrowing £3billion to get it through 2025, personally I would love to see the government cajole these companies into bankruptcy and bit by bit take them back under control no matter how long and whose in power. I wonder if it would happen because the present situation isn't working and isn't viable long term.
