All the bedding at M&S did not have the colour on the packaging.
So I made a best guess and bought them made of Egyptian Cotten.
Ann happy with the colour until we put them on the bed. A bit too strong a colour as not matching the curtains and bed cushions.
I went back a few days later and bought a lighter coloured set, perfect
The first set will go in our second bedroom.
Now for the crunch bit!
One morning getting out of bed with the Egyptian Cotten on it I almost ended on the floor.
The Egyptian Cotten material of the bed sheet is slippery.
It’s OK if you sit almost Fully on the edge of the bed but if near the edge you can slide off.
Maybe with the bed sheet and the mattress cover a clash of materials?
The Egyptian Cotten material seems cold when you first get into bed but only for a second or so and found to be very comfortable.
Just be aware that it’s slippy and that the duvet can walk across the bed during the night!
Lesson learned re materials.
