I was good at my job dealing with large amounts of “ Paper” money and not my own. I was reasonably good at organising various things.

Could I have run my own business not really but could have been part of management if the type of business suited me. Well I think so.

My problem is I don’t like the money side if it’s my money.

I think that many people could run a company but the £ side is let’s say the killer.

My daughter and son-in-law are very good business wise as they were both on the banking world and very good at hands on stuff as and when. Some of the renovations that they have done astound me, the vision required!

However if it comes to running a country very very few have the ability. I suspect the current lot are sadly lacking.
