The government have kicked this initiative into touch by January 2025,whoever thought this was value for money needs their bumps felt. Without setting up costs it has come in at £6k a month per occupant. The lease for 2025 would have been more than £20 million without occupancy costs. Bad fiscal decision, it should never have been brought here.
