Gotta agree with you there, Jackie W. With not a motor car in sight, in any direction, which didn't really hit the streets until post WWI So it COULD be post 1910? Maybe anywhere between 1906 to 1918? ish... Looking at the fashion of dress, it didn't really change much for a few decades, until the 20's, when dresses/skirts got shorter? So my guess would be...1910 - 1920 JUST a guess!
