Thank you for another view into history Peter. Green Street never looked better than this view.. Today, what's left of it, resembles a blighted area with most stores shuttered. There must have been a minimum height of six feet for Police Constables, as in this picture, the Constable looked like a giant of a man compared to the pedestrians.
